Change of Shipping Address

There is a limited time where we may be able to amend your address before your order is dispatched. If your order status is still “Processing”, simply reach out to our customer services team with your order number and new address and they will look into this for you.

Delivery Times

Items are dispatched within 24 hours after you have placed your orders. Average delivery times are between 3-6 working days (working days include Monday to Friday and excludes any public holidays).

An email with tracking information will be sent to you once the items have been picked up by a local courier.

Order Cancellations and Returns

Returns

  1. Returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition with tags.
  2. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack have to be returned as a whole set.
  3. Cost of returns shall be borne by you. In the event we have sent you the wrong item, we are happy to reimburse you the cost.
  4. Refunds will be made to your original mode of payment.
  5. Depending on your mode of payment, refunds can take up to 28 business days to complete.

Cancellations

Order cancellation is subject to the status of your parcel.

  1. If your order status is still “Processing”, you may cancel your order and claim a refund.
  2. If your order status is “Completed”, please allow up to 9 working days from the date of purchase to receive your parcel. If you have still not received your parcel within this time, you may claim a refund from us.
  3. Refunds will be made to your original mode of payment.
  4. Depending on your mode of payment, refunds go into a queue and may take up to 28 business days to complete.
